Skipper Trucks

Following on from the success and popularity of their first eCat launched in 2009, Skipper Trucks asked Mechanomics to completely redevelop their eCat for 2011.

Feedback from customers on sites across Australia allowed us to restructure the product information so that parts were much easier to find, according to the location and other meta data provided. Their new eCat contains many thousands of unique products, and provides a steady stream of revenue daily.

Skipper Truck Parts and AMCAP Truck Parts merged operations in 2003, and now operate from Belmont and Welshpool. Both locations offer a seemingly endless range of parts for a wide range of trucks, trailers, vans, and other equipment, as well as general consumable and workshop needs. The Belmont operation includes a Mining Department, with dedicated experienced staff managing Mining Contract supplies as well as sourcing a vast array of additional products and services on request.
